Education Ministry, and the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry have discussed areas of cooperation to hold training programmes for farming teachers in intermediate and secondary schools.
The programmes are part of the Education Ministry’s efforts to provide more training and professional development opportunities for all teachers.
Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, Dr. Kawthar Al-Ma’awda, chaired the meeting, which was also attended a number of experts from both ministries.
The meeting discussed ways of enhancing cooperation between the two ministries so as improve farming teachers’ competence.
The Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry’s experts expressed their readiness to cooperate and oversee the implementation of the training plan, set to begin during the coming period.
Al-Ma’awda valued highly the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry’s constant cooperation and swift response, noting that the move will consolidate partnership between the two ministries to serve the educational process in the kingdom.
