The wife of President Mahmoud Abbas met with senior officials in Turkey on Thursday, the official PA news agency reported. Amina Abbas met with Prime Minister Recep Erdogan, Foreign Minister Ahmad Dawoud Oglo and Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina to discuss the latest developments in Palestine, Wafa said. Muneera Marouf, the wife of Palestine's ambassador to Turkey, held a lunch in honor of Amina Abbas' visit, which was attended by the wives of several Turkish ministers. The president's wife was also invited to dinner by the wife of the Turkish prime minister, Amina Erdogan.
