A group of communication students from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) will be organising a charity concert to raise funds for the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF). Organising chairman Chang Shea Speare said the concert's objective was to create awareness of kidney ailments among the people and it would be held on March 31, at Dewan Tuanku Syed Putra. He said the 'Love Alive' concert would feature performances by the Amber Chia Academy, USM Jazz Band, Temple of Fine Arts, Shane Low, Shabi, Zhao Jie Ying and much more. The targeted amount of more than RM50,000 will be channeled to the NKF for the purpose of treating kidney patients in Penang.
