The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore Management University (SMU) on excellence in global business education. IIM Lucknow and SMU will collaborate on research, executive education programmes and faculty and student exchange. The MoU was signed by Rajendra Srivastava, provost of the SMU and Devi Singh, director of IIM Lucknow. "Both will investigate avenues to enhance the research mission, develop collaborative case studies for teaching purposes, design and deliver a series of faculty research workshops," an official told IANS. SMU and IIM Lucknow would also explore the possibility of jointly designing, developing and delivering executive education programmes in specific areas to companies co-located in Singapore and Lucknow or Uttar Pradesh
