Talented professionals and public servants from Lebanon and Palestinians residing in country are able to apply for a scholarship award for the scholastic year 2016/2017 under the UK's flagship scholarship programme funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Awarded to outstanding individuals with leadership potential, a Chevening Scholarship offers financial support for a Master's level degree beginning September 2016 at one of the UK's leading universities. Candidates must have a university degree, very good English language skills and at least two years of work experience.
Awards are typically for a one-year Master's degree, in any subject at any of the UK's leading universities, with focus in Lebanon on the following areas: Political Science and Public Administration; Energy Sector; Conflict and Development; Law and Human Rights; Media and Communications.
Applicants have until 3rd of November 2015 to submit their application.
