As part of the Gulf Traffic Week, the Deputy Chief of Public Security, Brigadier Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and President of the University of Bahrain, Dr Riyadh Hamza inaugurated today the 4th traffic scientific Forum.
The General Director of Traffic, Shaikh Abdurahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa and members of GCC traffic delegations attended the event.
Deputy Chief toured the exhibition that was held in the sideline of the forum that showcased cars and motorcycles that were damaged in serious accidents and photographs on the previous traffic weeks that were held for more than 3 decades.
At the end of the event, the General Directorate of Traffic gifted the UoB a memorial plague out of appreciation of its efforts in organising the forum and providing awareness to the students who are an important segment of drivers. The UoB also gifted a plaque for the sponsor of the forum.
