As part of the cooperation with the Student Service Department of the Ministry of Education and the series of previously-held workshops presented by BNA Kids section, a number of students on Wednesday visited Bahrain News Agency (BNA) accompanied with Senior Programmes Specialist Leena Mohammed Ahmed.
BNA Acting Director-General Mohannad Al-Noaimi received the students in the start of their visit and they presented to him some of their symbolic paintings in the love of Bahrain.
Busaiteen Primary Girls' School students toured the various departments in Bahrain News Agency where they were also received by BNA Kids Supervisor Mervat Ibrahim Mohammed as well as several of the agency's staff members.
The students were informed about the important work of BNA in obtaining correct news and information from the right source and instantaneously publishing the news bilingually in Arab and English. They expressed their future aspirations to interact with the press and the media. The students were also informed on the opportunity to write and publish stories about their extracurricular activities .
In conclusion of the visit, the students expressed their gratitude and appreciation for knowledge they have obtained about the important and useful work of Bahrain News Agency.
