An agreement for the sale and development of a four-star tourism facility was signed between The Wave Muscat Co. and the Gold Holding Group. This brings the total number of hospitality facilities to three in the Wave Muscat Project.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Arabian Travel Market Expo currently being held in Dubai.
The agreement was signed by Nasser Masaud Al Shibany, Chief Executive Officer of the Wave Muscat Project and Dr. Khalfan Said Al Shuaili, Chief Executive Officer of Al Sidra Real Estate Co. from the side of Gold Holdings Group.
It is worth mentioning that the Wave Muscat Project accommodates two other hospitality facilities under construction which are a five–star hotel and a four–star hotel expected to open by end of the year.
