Oman represented by Sheikh Khalid bin Omar bin Said Al Marhoon, the Civil Service Minister participated in the 54th extraordinary meeting of the Arab Administrative Development Organisation (ARADO) in Casablanca.
Several ministers, undersecretaries and chiefs of civil service and administrative development apparatuses in the Arab countries and the Director General of ARADO, Dr. Nasser Al Hatlan Al Qahtani were present at the meeting.
The participants reviewed the Sultanate's experiment with the e. services manual and the code of customer services approved by the Sultanate's Council of Ministers.
The meeting also reviewed and discussed the items on the agenda, including the implementation of the resolutions taken in the past meeting of ARADO, the recommendations and the report of specialised team formed on the proposed amendments to the constitution of ARADO.
