Iranian intelligence agents arrested some members of a network who worked secretly for the British Broadcast Corporation (BBC) and provided them with information, Iranian Security Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday. Iran's news agency (Mehr) quoted the ministry as saying that "the people received huge amount of money from the BBC secretly for reporting anti-revolutionary news." The ministry added that it has been monitoring the group for months inside and outside the country." The network provided the BBC with video and negative news reports against Iran, the ministry said. Last May, the Iranian ministry announced the dismantling of another network, around 30 people were arrested, which was working for the US intelligence, adding that their main work was focused on nuclear field, oil installations, and natural gas.
