Mahmoudia Motors, the sole and official dealer of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Jordan, has launched the all-new Range Rover Sport in Jordan. The all-new Range Rover Sport is the latest addition to the new Range Rover family of vehicles and is the third Range Rover model to be launched in two years. The global premiere of the anticipated new addition took place in March at the 2013 New York Auto Show where it was revealed during a ground-breaking live drive through Manhattan. The Range Rover Sport has always been a bestselling model in the region, contributing to a 29 per cent increase in Land Rover Mena 2012/2013 sales. The all-new Range Rover Sport is the ultimate premium sports SUV and is now available to Jordanian consumers at the Mahmoudia Motors showroom in two variants; the Supercharged 3-liter V6 340Bhp and the Supercharged 5-liter V8 510Bhp. Developed alongside the highly-acclaimed all-new Range Rover, the new Range Rover Sport now delivers the brand’s best-ever on-road dynamics, together with class-leading, genuine Land Rover all-terrain capability with the option of occasional 5+2 seating, a statement said. Amjad Saeed, general manager of Mahmoudia Motors, said, “The Range Rover Sport has been exceptionally popular amongst our Jordanian customer base. We eagerly look forward to showcasing the All-New model at our showroom as we expect it to surpass the previous model in popularity.” Robin Colgan, managing director of Jaguar Land Rover Mena, added, “The All-New Range Rover Sport has been developed as the ultimate ‘no compromise’ vehicle that will fit perfectly into our customers’ lifestyles here in the Mena region. It has been engineered to incorporate the latest developments in customer-focused vehicle and safety technologies to enhance comfort, confidence and safety behind the wheel.” Source: TradeArabia
