Audi is going great guns in China and with the unveiling of the RS Q3, the automaker is demonstrating its appreciation. Audi will present the performance-enhanced variant of the Q3 compact crossover at this month's Beijing Auto Show. In so doing, the new RS Q3 concept will be the first SUV crossover to wear Audi's performance division's RS badge.Power comes from the 2.5-liter TFSI engine found in the TT RS and RS3 Sportback and with turbocharging and direct injection the five-cylinder engine develops 360hp, propelling the RS Q3 from 0-62mph in 5.2 seconds.It can reach a top speed of 165mph and also features a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission and full-time Quattro AWD.RS-themed styling cues include a black honeycomb grille with a 3D appearance, brushed and polished aluminum trim, tinted headlights and refreshed bumper with huge air intakes.The ride height has been dropped by an inch and the Q3 concept rides on 20-inch alloys. Inside, a blacked-out theme has been incorporated, save for the dark blue Alcantara seat inserts surrounded by Nappa leather, and the door inserts that include blue luminescent glass fibers.
