The Japanese automaker will soldier on with the Crosstour, hoping to make it a more palatable vehicle. The big news isn't that Honda are planning to introduce the 2013 Crosstour concept at the New York Auto Show, but that they are continuing at all with the poorly received and less than attractive vehicle. There are no pictures yet of the updated model, but the company insist the concept will give a strong indication of the production model's exterior styling. In all probability it will be based on the revamped Accord, recently previewed by the Accord Coupe concept. As a result we can expect to see evolved styling and an enhanced interior.Despite derisory consumer feedback after a four-cylinder engine failed to make the crossover more appealing, Honda are persevering with the car and will hope for a positive return at New York. If not, it could be curtains for the crossover.
