The Kingdom will be affected today by a depression accompanied by a cold air mass leading to a tangible drop in temperatures.
The weather will be dusty, cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with rain fall accompanied by thunder in the northern regions extending to the central and southern areas.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, snowfall is expected in the northern hilly areas extending to other heights while winds will be southwesterly brisk with strong gusts.
A cold, partly cloudy to cloudy weather is expected on Thursday with a chance for scattered showers as well as snow showers on all heights of the Kingdom. Winds will be westerly to southwesterly moderate to brisk Similar weather conditions are expected on Friday with a chance for frost formation at night in all regions including while winds will be westerly to southwesterly moderate .
Maximum temperatures in Amman for today are expected to reach a high of 9 degrees Celsius dropping down to 2 degrees at night.
