Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, today inaugurated the Solar World Congress and Conference on Solar Heating and Cooling 2017.

The conference will be attended by experts and representatives of scientific, academic, financial, governmental and private sectors around the world to highlight the latest developments and innovations in renewable energy technology.

It will also focus on a number of topics including solar heating, the link between water and energy, renewable energy programmes in the region and the progress achieved in addition to the educational aspect of renewable energy.
