The UAE participated in the 4th joint Ministerial Gas Forum, organized by the International Energy Forum (IEF) and the International Gas Union (IGU) in partnership with Ministry of Energy of Mexico in Acapulco from 11-12 November 2014.
According to WAM, the 4th IEF-IGU Ministerial Gas Forum gathered energy ministers, industry CEOs and selected thought-leaders for discussions around 'The Role of Gas in Energy Security and Sustainable Economic Development'.
Dr. Mattar Al Neyadi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Energy, engaged in a panel session on the ''Long-term Investment and LNG Trade in Competitive but Unsettled Gas Markets.''
