A delegation from the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, ENEC, has examined the experience of the Policies Section at the General Directorate of Strategy and Performance Development at the Ministry of Interior. The delegation also was briefed on the section’s efforts to implement best practices and standards.
During the meeting, Major-General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Office of H.H. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, stressed the keenness to observe the directives issued by H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, to transfer knowledge and exchange expertise with different ministries and institutions in the country to enhance performance, and achieve excellence and leadership.
The meeting was attended by Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Strategy and Performance Development Director-General at the Ministry of Interior, along with a number of officers.
Major Saeed Al Shamesi, Head of the Policies Section, gave an overview of the Ministry of Interior’s policy development experience, its definition, characteristics and importance in improving and promoting institutional performance.
Mohamed Al Hammadi, CEO of ENEC, and his accompanying delegation extended their thanks to the Ministry of Interior for its ongoing support, elevating Emirati institutions in the different fields of development and excellence.
