Electricity and Renewable Energy Minister Mohamed Shaker

Electricity and Renewable Energy Minister Mohamed Shaker had a meeting on Monday with the Energy and Environment Committee at the House of Representatives to discuss his ministry's policies and future power projects.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Electricity Minister Osama Asran, Chairman of Egyptian Electricity Holding Company Eng. Gaber Desouky and First Undersecretary of the Ministry Hassan Mahmoud Hassanein.

For his part, the committee's chairman, eng. Talaat El Swedi, lauded the progress made in the field of securing the power supply,saying the move will help pushing forward the development process in the country.
