Mohamed Shaker
Cairo - MENA

Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mohamed Shaker inked a memorandum of understanding with his Malian counterpart Mamadou Keita on boosting cooperation in the fields of electricity and energy.
This comes within the framework of the ministry's keenness to improve the electricity sector in Egypt.
The MoU stipulates exchanging expertise and information in the described fields, Shaker said.
The MoU also includes programs for improving energy efficiency and raising public awareness about energy aspects, the minister added.
Training human cadres via organizing special courses in the field of solar energy was also included in the MoU, he said.
