The first decision halts the first production line of Oman Cement Company in Al Rusayl for one month renewable in case of violation recurrence. The decision is attributed to the company's violation of the Environment Protection and Combating Pollution Law and failure to comply with emission standards despite the repeated warnings. The second decision halts the operations of Al Shafaq Construction Company for one month renewable in case of violation recurrence.
