Dubai Investments Park (DIP), the largest mixed-use development in the UAE and a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, recently opened doors to its state-of-the-art budget short-stay offering, the Armada hotel. Set in an ideal locale for business travellers, the hotel is spread over 200,000 square feet of leased land. The 252-room property will add to the presence of two other hotels at DIP - The Courtyard by Marriott and The Premier Inn Hotel. Omar Mesmar, GM, Dubai Investments Park, said: “DIP is committed to providing the highest level of infrastructure facilities and services. In line with this strategy, the park hosts eight dedicated plots for hotel development.” From gulftoday
