Rania Farid Shawky has finished shooting for the show "Banat fe Banat" (Girls...Girls) and promptly announced a new role in the series "el-Saqr Shahin" (Falcon Shain) which she expects to be screened next Ramadan. Shawky said: “I finished shooting the series after three months of continuous work in which I played the role of 15 different characters and had to change my look 15 times. The events of the series are connected through distinct episodes that address the problems of women in Egyptian society through the protagonist. The script was written by Mahmoud Toukhi and I co-starred with Ahmed Said Abdel-Ghani, Ahmed Azmi, Mimi Gamal, Mohammed Metwally, Ahmed Mounir, Yasmeen Gamal and Noor Mahmou. It was directed by Amal Asaad.” Rania added: ”Once I finished my scenes in 'Banat fe banat' , I travelled to Alexandria to shoot for a new series with Taim Hassan, Ahmed Zaher, Sherry Adel, Ahmed Rateb, Sawsan Badr, Mohammed Abdel-Hafez, Tariq Abdul-Aziz, Hossam Shaaban, Ahmed Khalil and Aida Riyadh. It is written by Yusuf Islam and directed by Abdul Aziz Hashad.” She said: “I play a role of 'Nawal' a woman married to a hunter called Ahmed Rateb, and live with the daughter of his sister. Nawal tries to separate her husband’s niece and her boyfriend 'Taim Hassan' because she is in love with him, so she does her best to win his hear. His character is a young Alexandrian man living in a village in Alexandria.”
