Producers of the Egyptian TV series Pharaoh released the programme's first trailer on YouTube on Friday. Pharaoh is set to be released in time for the holy month of Ramadan in July. The series will be detailing the life of an Egyptian Pharaoh and the challenges that he faced during his lifetime. Pharaoh is directed by Mohammad Ali and written by Amr al-Shami and Yasser Abdel Meguid. It co-stars Khaled Saleh, Sabri Fawaz, Ahmed Safwat and host of other Egyptian talent.
