Miranda Cosgrove will return to television on NBC sitcom Crowded.
The network picked up the new comedy series this week, along with People Are Talking with Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Saved by the Bell) and Superstore with America Ferrera (Ugly Betty).
Crowded stars Patrick Warburton (Seinfeld) and Carrie Preston (True Blood) as a couple whose two adult daughters unexpectedly move back in just as Warburton's character's parents also decide to join the household.
Stacy Keach (Prison Break), Carlease Burke (Switched at Birth) and Mia Serafino co-star, with Suzanne Martin (Fraiser) as writer and co-executive producer with Sean Hayes (Will & Grace) and Todd Milliner (Hot in Cleveland).
Cosgrove, 21, is best known for portraying Megan Parker on Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh and Carly Shay on iCarly. The latter series ran for seven seasons on Nickelodeon, and came to a close in November 2012.
