Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said Wednesday that the United States would "destroy its own credibility" as a negotiating partner if it withdraws from a multinational accord on Tehran's nuclear program.
In a clear reference to US President Donald Trump's denunciation of the deal a day earlier, Rouhani told the UN General Assembly that he hoped diplomacy would not be undermined by "rogue newcomers to the world of politics."
