French President Francois Hollande was expected to attend the unveiling on Saturday of a planned final draft of a UN pact to tame global warming, following marathon negotiations in the northern outskirts of Paris. "After this last night of negotiations, the president is set to come to Le Bourget in the late morning when he may speak to the plenary session," during which the draft accord will be presented, a source at the president's office said. The document is due to be presented to ministers at the conference being attended by ministers from 195 nations at 11:30 am (1030 GMT). |
