Actress Mona Zaki furious over rumours

Actress Mona Zaki was fuming after an Egyptian magazine’s implications that she was at odds with her husband Ahmed Helmi. The article, titled “Helmi sold me and bought Ghada” implied that comedian Helmi cast actress Ghada Adel in his new film “Ala Juthati” (Over My Dead Body) instead of his own wife. Insiders close to Mona Zaki told Arabstoday she was furious and shocked by the rumour. She said there was never a discussion about her being involved in the film and there were never any issues between her and her husband about it either. Helmi began filming “Al Juthati” a few days ago and the film is due to be released midyear.
